MICROS Point of Sale (POS)
Logic Forte reporting for Sonic Drive-In locations using Micros POS will be impacted by three separate Micros maintenance windows next week (Dec. 7-11, 2025):
- Sunday, Dec. 7, 7PM CT - Monday, Dec. 8, 10AM CT (~15 hours)
- Tuesday, Dec. 9, 8AM CT - Wednesday, Dec. 10, 8AM CT (~24 hours)
- Thursday, Dec. 11, 8AM - 4PM CT (~8 hours)
Logic Forte reporting for Sonic Drive-In locations using Micros POS may be impacted throughout the week (Dec. 8-12) due to these upcoming Micros upgrades and related outages.
Logic Forte will actively monitor Micros upgrade progress and will work to collect information for all of your Micros locations after each maintenance window. We will add status updates to affected locations on your Logic Forte Overview Page as we work to collect any missing information.

Rate Changes
Logic Forte
- We do our best to keep our rates as low as possible for all customers and to keep our annual rate increases to a minimum.
- Unfortunately, we must increase our rates to cover rising costs. Please expect to receive a price adjustment in February 2026.
- Customers with a multi-year rate schedule will not incur a rate increase beyond their existing schedule.
Google Hosting
- Google Workspace announced a ~15% price increase in Q2 2025.
- If you subscribe to Google Workspace through Logic Forte, you have already received a price adjustment corresponding to Google's price increase.
QuickBooks Online
- Intuit announced a ~16% price increase in Q3 2025.
- If you subscribe to QuickBooks Online through Logic Forte, you have already received a price adjustment corresponding to Intuit's price increase.

- We updated the Logic Forte website to include more information about our Restaurant Reporting services.
