Service Updates
As we close out 2024, we're excited to share the significant improvements and new capabilities we've added to Logic Forte throughout the year. From new POS integrations to enhanced reporting tools, here's what we've been working on to help you manage your operations more effectively.
New Point of Sale (POS) Integrations
Logic Forte collects information from numerous Point of Sale (POS) platforms. We are excited to announce support for several new POS platforms was added earlier this year.
Meevo POS (Massage Envy)
We have added support for Meevo POS used by Massage Envy franchisees. We can now import daily and weekly sales from the following Meevo and Massage Envy reports for reporting and accounting integration.
- Daily Register Summary (MR080)
- Weekly Franchise Settlement Report (FSR)
Zenoti POS (European Wax Center)
We have added support for Zenoti POS used by EWC franchisees. We can now import daily sales from the following Zenoti reports for reporting and accounting integration.
- Zenoti Center Metrics (Extended)
- Zenoti Collections
- Zenoti Digital Payments
ABC POS (Crunch Fitness)
We have added support for ABC POS used by Crunch Fitness franchisees. We can now import daily sales from the following ABC report for reporting and accounting integration.

Reporting Enhancements
New Discount Detail Report
Our new Discount Detail Report provides insight into individual discounts at each location through the following features:
- Multi-Unit Reporting (one or more locations)
- View Daily Totals or Reporting Period Totals for each location
- Filter Discounts by Discount Category (e.g. Packaged/Combo Discounts, Scheduled Discounts, or Discretionary Discounts)
- Filter Discounts by one or more Discount Types (e.g. specific Employee Discounts, Happy Hour Discounts, etc)
- Filter Discounts by Discount Count, Discount Average, or Discount Total (e.g. amount is above specified thresholds)
Ranking Report Improvements
You can include the following additional metrics when you customize the sections that appear on the Ranking Report that all of your users receive:
- Total Order Ahead Sales (e.g. mobile app orders)
- Total Delivery Sales (total sales for all delivery services)
- Individual Delivery Sales (choose from DoorDash Sales, UberEats Sales, etc)
Excel Export Improvements
All custom reports can now be viewed as a modern Excel XLSX spreadsheet files in addition to the original Excel XLS spreadsheet format. Benefits include:
- Better compatibility with current spreadsheet applications and mobile devices
- Improved formatting and data handling
- Smaller file sizes (thanks to XLSX built-in compression)
Integration Updates
Paycor API Integration
We have built a direct API connection with Paycor HR system that enables:
- Automated Employee synchronization from HR to your reporting and payroll
- Employee work locations
- Employee pay rates
- Employee demographic information
This integration further reduces manual data entry for customers who use Paycor payroll.
Netsuite Accounting Integration
We have updated our Netsuite API connection to provide better performance when creating or updating daily journal entries for each restaurant location.
Rate Changes
Logic Forte
- We do our best to keep our rates as low as possible for all customers and to keep our annual rate increases to a minimum.
- Customers with a multi-year rate schedule will not incur a rate increase beyond their existing schedule.
- Do you know a restaurant franchisee who could benefit from our services? We would appreciate a referral or introduction! Helping us grow will keep everyone's rates low.
Google Hosting
- Google Workspace announced a ~20% price increase in Q1 2024.
- If you subscribe to Google Workspace through Logic Forte, you have already received a price adjustment corresponding to Google's price increase.
QuickBooks Online
- Intuit announced a ~10% price increase in Q3 2024.
- If you subscribe to QuickBooks Online through Logic Forte, you have already received a price adjustment corresponding to Intuit's price increase.
Website Updates
- We updated the Logic Forte website to include more information about our Restaurant Reporting services.
